Its principals have over 35 years of diversified real estate experience, including acquisition, development, construction, finance, historical preservation, and property management. Bristol’s current portfolio consists of 39 properties, with 1,900 apartment units and 300,000 square feet of commercial space, valued in excess of $250 Million.
In addition to Bristol’s investments in Multi-Family and Retail, we have also made significant investments in Mobile Home Parks and Self Storage properties. In 1997, Bristol expanded its acquisition criteria to include affordable housing properties located in high median income areas, with the goal of acquiring and renovating under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (IRC Sec-42). Bristol acquired its California affordable portfolio under the name RHC Properties, and has successfully developed 11 projects consisting of 1,550 units.
