Though our business enterprises have included office and retail spaces since the mid-90′s, in 2005 we acquired our first building that featured retail space exclusively. Since then we have added over 250,000 square feet to our commercial portfolio in Oregon and Georgia. These properties are located in highly visible, well-trafficked areas and offer a diverse range of retail and office space. We partner with excellent real estate companies and general contractors to service our commercial tenants’ needs.
